Unmatched Bar-code Accountability
E-Z Punch™ can be used with a Symbol Technologies® bar-code enabled PDA and can read a bar code label that is attached to each unit on a multi-unit project, commercial office unit or track house. Field personnel must scan the bar code to make any punch list entry or modification. No entries can be made without the field personnel being in the unit to observe the progress or any potential problem that may exist. The system automatically stamps the time, date and user’s initials on to every entry that is documented.
When accurate field data is collected and stored electronically, your field personnel, crews and subcontractors will be less likely to create deficiencies in both manpower and workmanship.
